A public accommodation that sells tickets for events lets individuals with disabilities buy tickets for accessible seating during the same hours, at the same stages of sale, through the same methods of distribution, in the same types and numbers of outlets (including telephone, in person and third-party ticketing) and on the same terms as other tickets; and on inquiry informs purchasers of the location of all available accessible seating, describes its features in enough detail for an independent assessment, and provides seating maps and other materials that identify accessible seating with the same text or visual representations as other seats where such materials are given to the public; accessible seats may not be priced higher than others in the same section (36.302(f)(3)).
