US Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) - Title III Digital Accessibility 36.302(e)(1): 28 CFR 36.302(e)(1) Lodging reservations by any means, including third parties: book, describe and hold accessible rooms

A public accommodation that owns, leases or operates a place of lodging, for reservations made by any means including telephone, in person or through a third party (applying to reservations made on or after 15 March 2012): lets individuals with disabilities reserve accessible guest rooms during the same hours and in the same manner as others; identifies and describes the accessible features of the hotels and rooms offered in enough detail for individuals to assess independently whether they meet their needs; holds accessible rooms for people with disabilities until all other rooms of that type are rented; reserves requested accessible rooms and blocks them from all reservation systems; and guarantees the specific accessible room reserved. The hold, block and guarantee duties do not apply to units the entity does not own or substantially control (36.302(e)(2)).
