The vehicle manufacturer or its duly accredited representative applies for a Certificate of Compliance for CSMS (6.2), accompanied in triplicate by documents describing the Cyber Security Management System (6.3.1) and a declaration signed on the model of Appendix 1 to Annex 1 (6.3.2), in which the manufacturer attests that the processes needed to comply with the CSMS requirements of paragraph 7.2 are installed and will be maintained.
