UK Telecommunications (Security) Act 2021 s105U: ss.105U, 105V Take interim steps directed by OFCOM pending enforcement

What does s105U require?

Where OFCOM have reasonable grounds to believe a provider is contravening its security duties under ss.105A to 105D and a compromise has occurred or is imminent as a result, they may, after allowing representations, direct the provider to take interim steps pending completion of enforcement. Complying with such a direction is itself a security duty.
