Where calling line identification presentation is available on outgoing calls, and subject to regulations 15 and 16, a provider of a public electronic communications service must give users originating a call a simple means to withhold their line's identity for that call, and give subscribers a simple means to withhold it for all calls from their line, both free of charge.
