What does 7 require?

A person must not manage the carrying on of a regulated activity as a registered manager unless fit to do so, which requires good character (assessed against Part 2 of Schedule 4), the necessary qualifications, competence, skills and experience to manage the carrying on of the regulated activity, the ability by reason of health, after reasonable adjustments, to do so, and the ability to supply or arrange the availability of the Schedule 3 information.

4 An individual or partnership may carry on a regulated activity only if fit: good character, health, Schedule 3 information and the necessary qualifications, competence, skills and experience
