A firm in a group must account for risks elsewhere in the group that could affect its ability to stay within tolerance; a firm in a consolidation group (or an insurer in a PRA-supervised group, subject to third-country equivalence) must also identify important group business services and set their tolerances on a consolidated basis, and ensure group-level strategies, processes and systems meet the same requirements and allow it to assess whether each group provider could remain within tolerance.
