UK FCA/PRA Operational Resilience Framework F-15.19: Notify the FCA before entering into or significantly changing a material third party arrangement

From 18 March 2027 an in-scope UK firm must notify the FCA, early and before making commitments, when entering into or significantly changing a material third party arrangement (one whose failure could cause intolerable client harm, risk the UK financial system, or undermine threshold conditions, the Principles or SYSC 15A), using the prescribed fields, unless the service comes from a group entity without external subcontracting.
