Where a data subject asks a controller to rectify, block, erase or destroy inaccurate data and it does not act within thirty days, the Office decides a complaint (Form 9) within seven days and may order rectification or a statement of true facts; the controller then notifies third parties who received the data, in the mode and time the Office sets.
