On a written request to correct or delete inaccurate, irrelevant, excessive, outdated, incomplete, misleading or unlawfully obtained data, or to destroy data it may no longer keep, the controller decides and informs the data subject in writing within seven days, complies where satisfied, gives written reasons if it refuses, informs each recipient of the correction in a way suited to the change, and tells the data subject what it did.
