Inside information is precise, non-public information that would likely affect a virtual asset's price or a reasonable investor's decision. No entity may deal (including cancelling or amending orders) on inside information, recommend or induce others to do so, or disclose it outside the normal course of employment or duties; onward recommendations known to rest on inside information are unlawful disclosure. A legal entity is not treated as dealing on inside information where effective arrangements kept it from the decision-maker, nor are market makers, order executors or those meeting pre-existing obligations in good faith.
