Turkey KVKK 13: Article 13: answering data subject requests within thirty days

What does 13 require?

Data subjects submit requests in writing or by other methods the Board sets. The controller must conclude them as soon as possible and at the latest within thirty days, free of charge unless the action involves extra cost, when the Board's tariff fee may be charged; it must accept or refuse with reasons and reply in writing or electronically, carry out accepted requests, and refund any fee where the request arose from its own error.
