Owner/operators must immediately confirm receipt of the directive in writing to TSA; immediately disseminate its information and measures to corporate senior management, security management representatives and anyone responsible for implementing it; brief everyone responsible for implementation; share it, subject to SSI restrictions, with persons who may be subject to its requirements; and immediately notify TSA if unable to implement any measure in the required time, with the option of proposing alternative measures and their basis for TSA approval (Section V).
