SD Pipeline-2021-01G: Coordinator, incident reporting and vulnerability assessment – TSA Pipeline Cybersecurity Directives

TSA Pipeline Cybersecurity Directives SD01-II.B.1: SD01 II.B.1 Designate primary and alternate Cybersecurity Coordinators

Owner/operators must designate and use a primary and at least one alternate Cybersecurity Coordinator at corporate level, with the coordinator or at least one alternate a U.S. citizen eligible for a security clearance. Where a non-U.S. citizen is designated primary or alternate: the U.S. citizen coordinator serves as primary contact for cyber-related intelligence and receives information that cannot be shared with non-U.S. persons; every non-U.S. citizen coordinator must be a current member of NEXUS, Global Entry or another program TSA finds to include a comparable security threat assessment (the substantive 01G revision); and procedures ensure information restricted to U.S. persons is neither shared with a non-U.S. person nor held on a system a non-U.S. person can access.
