Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA) S541-101D: Do not discriminate unlawfully or penalise consumers for exercising rights

A controller must not process data in breach of anti-discrimination laws nor deny goods or services, charge different prices or lower quality because a consumer exercised a right; different offers remain allowed for consumers who opted out and for bona fide loyalty, rewards, premium, discount or club card programmes.
