A data subject may apply on Form No. 5 (copied to the Commission) to rectify data that is wrong, outdated, incomplete or misleading; the controller or processor must accept and rectify, or reject with written reasons, within 14 days, and when amending must not permanently delete the record of the text as it stood before.
