A subject may apply on Form No. 6 for erasure where data is no longer needed, consent is withdrawn, they no longer want processing, they object to commercial use, processing was unlawful or law requires erasure; the controller or processor decides within 14 days, may refuse only for freedom of expression, legal obligations or public-interest duties (with written reasons), and after any rectification, blocking, erasure or destruction ordered or done must notify third parties to whom the data was disclosed.
