An owner, mortgagee, covenant chargee or their authorised agent may request, in writing and with the prescribed fee, to inspect the owners corporation's records, which the owners corporation must make available, including the strata roll, Part 10 records, pre-AGM documents from the original owner, the 10-year capital works plan, the last financial statements, current insurance policies and premium receipts, and the strata managing agent's instrument of appointment if one exists (s 182). The manner of inspection is further set out in s 183.
