An owners corporation must prepare and maintain a strata roll in the required form (maximum penalty 5 penalty units) (ss 176, 177), recording prescribed information about each lot's owner and agent and about the common property and scheme generally, including insurance particulars (s 178). Notices and orders affecting the scheme must be kept (s 179), and certain records retained for the period prescribed by the regulations (s 180).
