What does Art. 94 require?

Article 94: everyone may have social networks and equivalent services delete, on simple request, data they themselves supplied for publication; data about them supplied by third parties must be deleted when inadequate, inaccurate, irrelevant, outdated or excessive or when their circumstances show their rights prevail (except data posted by individuals in purely personal activities); data supplied while the person was a minor must be deleted without delay on simple request, with no further conditions.
