What does Art. 83 require?

Article 83 (paragraph 1 amended by LO 3/2020, in force 19 January 2021): the education system ensures students' full integration in digital society and safe, critical and responsible use of digital media respecting privacy and data protection, with digital competence and online risks in the curriculum; teachers receive the needed training; university degrees, especially teaching degrees, include training on digital security and rights; public administrations include digital rights and data protection in the syllabi of senior and data-handling civil service exams.
