South Korea ISMS-P 2.10.8: Patch management

Patch policies and procedures for operating systems and software are set by asset type and importance; patch status of key servers, network and security systems is tracked periodically; compensating measures apply where the latest patch cannot be applied for service reasons; patching of key systems over the public internet is restricted; and patch management systems are protected by access control (Standards for Securing Personal Information Article 9).
