An information officer (which for these Regulations includes the head of a private body) must keep a copy of the Information Regulator's section 10 guide in at least two official languages at the registered head office for public inspection during office hours, and must provide copies in the requested official languages on written request (Form 1), charging no fee for copies or inspection.
