For every engagement the licensee must record the client's name and address, the person providing the service, the date, the type of service and other prescribed particulars, keep the records for at least 3 years, furnish them as the licensing officer requires, and allow the licensing officer (from 2024) to enter and inspect its place of business, require production of records, accounts and documents including electronic records, and make inquiries.
