Singapore Cybersecurity Act 2018 S24: Hold a licence to provide or advertise licensable cybersecurity services

What does S24 require?

No person may, except under a cybersecurity service provider's licence, provide to others a licensable cybersecurity service (penetration testing and managed security operations centre monitoring, as listed in the Second Schedule, now including virtual computers and systems) or, while in that business, advertise or hold out that it provides one; services to a related company are exempt.
