Form 8-K Item 1.05: Material cybersecurity incidents – SEC Cybersecurity Disclosure Rule

SEC Cybersecurity Disclosure Rule 1.05-I2: Item 1.05 Instruction 2: state what is not yet known and amend within four business days

Where information called for by Item 1.05(a) is not determined or not available when the report is due, say so in the filing and file an amendment to the Item 1.05 Form 8-K with that information within four business days after the registrant, without unreasonable delay, determines it or after it becomes available. Where an incident is material before its impact is known, the initial filing still describes the material aspects of nature, scope and timing and states that impact is not yet determined (staff statement of 21 May 2024).
