SEC Cybersecurity Disclosure Rule 1.05(d): Item 1.05(d): delay for carriers under the FCC customer proprietary network information rule

A registrant subject to 47 CFR 64.2011 that must delay disclosing a data breach under that rule may delay the Item 1.05 disclosure for the period that rule allows, and no more than seven business days after the notification it requires, provided it notifies the Commission by correspondence submitted on EDGAR no later than the date the Item 1.05 disclosure was otherwise due.
