Saudi Arabia PDPL 28: Do not copy identifying official documents unless required

What does 28 require?

Official documents in which data subjects are identifiable may not be copied except where a law requires it or a competent public authority requests it (Law 28); the Controller refrains from photographing or copying official documents issued by Public Entities (such as identity cards) in those circumstances only, protects any copies and destroys them when the purpose ends unless the law requires retention (IR 31).
