Unless the Regulator orders otherwise, a dominant provider filing a tariff must publish it on its website and keep a paper copy at its main offices until approval, and within 10 days place a notice in Samoan and English in the Savali and one other newspaper describing it and stating it awaits approval; it must keep a complete, current schedule of approved tariffs on its website and at its main offices (41).
