Rwanda DPL 32-35: Registration certificate lifecycle: changes, renewal, modification and cancellation

A certificate holder must notify the supervisory authority in writing or electronically within fifteen working days of any change in the grounds on which the certificate was issued (32); may apply for renewal within forty-five working days before expiry, the authority responding within thirty working days (33); the authority may modify the certificate before expiry on its own motion or on request for a change in law or in the information provided (34); and may cancel it before expiry for false or misleading information or non-compliance with the Law or the certificate's conditions, after fifteen working days' written notice requesting explanations (35). Failure to report a change and use of an expired certificate are administrative misconducts.
