Article 23(2) to (7): each Member State designates one national contact point for digital health (identity notified by 26 March 2027), connected to all other contact points and to the central MyHealth@EU platform, exchanging the priority categories in the exchange format; Member States connect all healthcare providers to it for two-way exchange and ensure pharmacies, including online, can dispense e-prescriptions issued in other Member States and report the dispensation back through MyHealth@EU; contact points are joint controllers and the Commission processor.
