Article 5(3) and (4): downstream operators and traders collect and keep the name, trade name or mark, postal and email address and any web address of their suppliers and of the businesses they supply, plus, only where the supplier is an operator, the reference numbers of the statements or the declaration identifiers; they keep this for at least five years and provide it to authorities on request.
