Article 24: where an authority finds non-compliance, the operator, downstream operator or trader must, within the period set, take at least one applicable corrective action (rectify formal non-compliance, prevent placing or export, withdraw or recall immediately, or donate for charitable or public-interest use or dispose of in line with waste law) and must in any case address shortcomings in its due diligence system; failure lets the authority enforce the action by all national means.
