Queensland Invasion of Privacy Act 1971 s 48: s 48 Do not advertise listening devices of a prescribed class

A person must not publish, or cause to be published, by radio, television, newspaper or other publication an advertisement for a listening device of a prescribed class or description, or otherwise advertise or publicly exhibit such a device intending to promote its sale or use. Penalty: 20 penalty units or 1 year's imprisonment.
