A judgment debtor for a judgment debt (as defined for the demerit scheme) must notify the Commission within 14 days after it becomes an unsatisfied judgment debt, giving particulars of the debt, the names and addresses of the debtor and creditor, the date and amount of the judgment, the court, the proceeding number and any payments made. Maximum penalty 40 penalty units. Unsatisfied judgment debts attract demerit points under Part 3E.
