Queensland Body Corporate and Community Management Act 1997 SM-s206: Standard Module s 206 Public risk insurance

The body corporate must maintain public risk insurance over the common property and relevant assets, covering amounts it becomes liable to pay for death, illness and bodily injury and damage to property, to the extent set in the section. It is not required to insure other property such as lots owned by others.
