Queensland Body Corporate and Community Management Act 1997 SM-s196: Standard Module s 196 Insurance disclosure at the annual general meeting

The annual general meeting notice, or a note to the proposed administrative budget, must give details of each policy in force: insurer, any broker or intermediary, amount of cover, type of cover, premium, excess, expiry date and the amount, type and provider of any benefit given by the insurer or broker for the insurance to the body corporate, its committee or manager.
