Requirement 0154 (Part Five: Personnel, section 19.2 Personnel Security Vetting Process; applies to Authorised Vetting Agencies; dated 31 October 2024; retained from Release 2025): The clearance subject's eligibility and suitability to hold a Baseline, Negative Vetting 1, Negative Vetting 2 or Positive Vetting security clearance is assessed by considering their integrity (i.e. the character traits of maturity, trustworthiness, honesty, resilience, tolerance and loyalty) in accordance with the Australian Government Personnel Security Adjudicative Standard. Integrity means honesty, trustworthiness, maturity, tolerance, resilience and loyalty, assessed whole-of-person by structured professional judgement.
