Throughout conveyance, each clear-text component or share is always either watched continuously by someone authorised for it, sealed in a security container or in a pre-numbered, authenticable, tamper-evident mailer that nobody but an authorised person can open without detection, or held within a physically secure SCD; no individual can gain access to every component, or to a quorum of the shares.
