Oregon OSHA Construction Rules (OAR 437 Division 3) E-adopted: Comply with the adopted electrical protective equipment, respiratory protection and working over water sections

What does E-adopted require?

Oregon adopts the federal sections on electrical protective equipment (1926.97: design, inspection, testing and use of rubber insulating equipment), respiratory protection (1926.103, which applies the general industry respirator standard 1910.134 to construction) and working over or near water (1926.106: life jackets or buoyant vests, ring buoys and a rescue skiff); the federal criteria, head, hearing, eye and face protection sections (1926.95, 100 to 102) were repealed in Oregon and 437-003-0134 applies instead.
