What does II.M.4 require?

Establish and adhere to compensation and performance management programs that comply with applicable statute and regulation and are appropriate to prohibit any incentive-based payment arrangement, or feature of one, that encourages inappropriate risks by providing excessive compensation or that could lead to material financial loss.
