What does II.G.3 require?

The framework should require monitoring by IRM of the risk profile relative to appetite and of compliance with concentration limits, reported to the board or its risk committee at least quarterly (monitoring and reporting in G.3 to G.5 more often as the size and volatility of risks or material changes require).
