NSW Workplace Surveillance Act 2005 s14: s 14 Surveillance for a non-employee purpose under an agreement

Surveillance is treated as complying with Part 2 where the employee, or a body that represents a substantial number of the workforce there, has consented to surveillance of that site for some purpose other than watching employees, and the surveillance stays within what was agreed. An employer relying on this route keeps the agreement and confines the surveillance to its terms.
