Anyone holding a domestic abuse termination notice, its accompanying evidence or another prescribed document (including evidence given to stop a database listing, s 213A(5)) uses or discloses the information only as the Act allows or the law otherwise authorises, and stores and disposes of the documents securely. The Tribunal can award compensation for loss from a breach (s 187(2)(b2)).
