Food safety auditors use the prescribed report form for audits under section 95 of the Act. It records the licence, facility, auditor and audit dates and duration; for each of eight audit items (food safety program, construction and maintenance, hygiene and sanitation, process control, product identification and traceability, analysis and testing, prerequisite programs, corrective action) whether previous corrective action requests close or are reissued and what new issues and rectification dates arise, with CAR level minor, major or critical; the audit score, level and outcome; and the auditor's opinion on whether the business complies with the food safety program requirements and with the Food Safety Standards, plus comments.
The graph holds this control, the 0 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
