NSW Fair Trading Act 1987
Parts 6A to 8 and Schedules: Tribunal consumer claims, the NSW Consumer Law Fund, evidence, public warnings, register of undertakings, prohibited statements, consumer guarantee directions, fitness services – NSW Fair Trading Act 1987

NSW Fair Trading Act 1987 87-87A: No promotional statements referring to the Minister, Department or Secretary without consent; corporate state of mind and conduct

A person must not publish a statement intended to promote the supply or use of goods or services, or the sale of interests in land, that refers to the Minister, the Department, the Secretary or a prescribed person or organisation without the Minister's consent (section 87). In proceedings against a body corporate the state of mind of a director, servant or agent acting within actual or apparent authority is attributed to the body, and conduct engaged in on its behalf by such persons (or at their direction) is taken to be the body's conduct (section 87A), so corporate compliance depends on staff conduct and training.
