New Zealand Information Security Manual (NZISM) 9.4.9.C.01: 9.4.9.C.01 Minimum visitor log fields for TOP SECRET areas

For TOP SECRET areas, agencies must record at least the following for every entry in the visitor log: the visitor's name; their organisation; the person being visited; contact details for the person being visited; and the date and the times of entry and exit.
