New Zealand Information Security Manual (NZISM) 9.1.6.C.03: 9.1.6.C.03 Training warns users against prohibited system actions

Agencies should include in awareness and training guidance telling system users they must not try to: tamper with the system; get around, stress or probe information security mechanisms; bring in or use IT equipment or software that has not been authorised; swap keyboards, pointing devices or other peripherals for their own personal equipment; take on the roles and privileges of other people; seek access to classified information they are not authorised for; or move equipment without proper authorisation.
