New Zealand Information Security Manual (NZISM) 20.1.13.C.01: 20.1.13.C.01 Prevent export of NZEO data to foreign systems

Agencies must: run keyword searches over all textual data; hold any data those searches flag in quarantine until a trusted source, other than the originator, has reviewed it and approved its release; and develop procedures that stop NZEO information, whether textual or non-textual, from being exported.
