New Zealand Information Security Manual (NZISM) 18.3.12.C.01: Secure VTC and VoIP device setup on classified networks

What does 18.3.12.C.01 require?

For CONFIDENTIAL, SECRET and TOP SECRET systems, agencies must: have VTC and VoIP devices authenticate to the call controller when registering; turn off phone auto-registration and permit only devices on an allow list of authorised devices onto the network; block unauthorised devices by default; switch off all functionality that is unused or prohibited; and require individual logins for IP phones.

Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
